Food and wine are the true wealth of our territory and are essential to experience the local culture. The naturalness of the local products derives from the work of small breeders and farmers who follow traditional methods both in the cultivation and processing of the food products.

Local traditional food products you can't miss, are "matasse e ceci" (fresh pasta served with a lightly spicy sauté of chickpeas, garlic and dried peppers), "amaretti alle nocciole" (cookies with local hazelnuts) and "mufletto"(fresh bread baked using a dough made from potatoes and flour).
