Holy Olive Oil

In our area olive oil is the most widespread product because the territory, thanks to its position and altitude, lends itself to the cultivation of the olive tree. The production of olive oil contains in itself a sacredness due to the preciousness of the oil as fundamental ingredient for preparing any dish.

Our extra virgin olive oil derives from a biological cultivation of the olive trees surrounding Casa Elisabetta, an harvesting of olives with respect of times and ways and a pressing of olives according to European legislation. It is a high quality oil with a yellow-green color, an intense aroma, a strong and tasty flavor.
